First-Time Homebuyer Workshop
Thinking about buying your first home? Join this in-person workshop to learn the homebuying process, understand your financing options, and get expert guidance from CCL’s HUD-Certified Housing Counselors.

Participants who complete the workshop will receive a HUD Homebuyer Education Certificate—often required for down payment assistance programs. Get connected to industry experts! For this month, we will have speakers from Liberty Bank, Liberty Insurance and Illinois Housing Development Authority (IHDA).
